SONG-WRITING AMP STYLE

AMP has a new and fresh style of teaching song -writing. We are going to use a hands on Method. You will begin learning from the level of writing skill you're presently at. Not everyone is at the same level, therefore you need not begin at the same place. Our goal is to develop the skills that you already have while teaching you the ones you don’t have and strengthening the ones you're weak in.We don’t want to overload you with textbooks and theory. However we want you to develop your craft the way most professionals learned theirs; by writing writing and writing. We will suggest text for you to read, while that is totally up to you ,it will not be a required part of the course. You will be learning by doing, not reading about it.
